Refund And Exchange Policy

At Semle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services for your convenience. A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of ₹100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual item.

Reverse Pick-Up Process

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse Pick-Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area.

For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of the return pickup to your registered email address or contact number.

Product Condition for Return

Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in the same condition as they were shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.

Please allow 7 days for the return to be processed and for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.
  • Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used anytime.
  • Reward points or store credits are non-refundable and are only redeemable on our store.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations will only be possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear. Semle may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy applies.

Refunds for Free Product Deals

Any items purchased during a promotion that includes free products (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free) will not be eligible for returns.

Self-Shipping for Returns

If your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, please courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit, and make sure to include the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + ₹100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid orders, or in the form of store credit (gift card) for COD orders.

Courier Service Recommendations

Please avoid using unreliable courier services like The Professional Couriers for self-return, as the package will not be accepted at our warehouse. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ for your return, as it is reliable and widely distributed across India.

Terms and Conditions

  • The bank account details provided by the customer will be final, and any error in the details provided will not be the responsibility of Semle.
  • If you have received an SMS or email confirming order delivery, but have not received the package, please contact us within 24 hours.
  • The customer is responsible for taking utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession, including all product instructions, documents, and wrappings.
  • If you believe that a product does not meet our quality standards at the time of delivery, please contact us via Instagram @semle or on WhatsApp within 1 day of receiving the product(s). We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Once the product is returned, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a refund (if applicable) via email within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, typically within 30 working days from the date we confirm your entitlement to a refund
